JAMMU, Feb 1: Commiss-ioner/ Secretary to the Government, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA), J&K, Dr Abdul Rashid has banned the transfers/ postings/ deployment of the officials of the department.
Official sources said that the Commissioner/ Secretary FCS&CA, vide Govt order No. 17-FCS&CA of 2019, dated 01-02-2019 has directed that no transfers/ postings/ deployments of any officers/ officials shall be effected by the Director FCS&CA Jammu/ Kashmir at any level. However, in case, if any administrative exigency arises under extreme circumstances, the subordinate officers shall seek prior administrative approval for such transfer/ posting.
