JAMMU, May 26: Ministry of Railways (Railway Board), Government of India has nominated Colonel (retd) Uttam Singh as Member on the National Railway Users’, Consultative Council (NRUCC).
Col. Uttam Singh, BJP State Working Committee Member and former BJP State Vice-President, has served gloriously in the Indian Army and J&K State Police on various important positions, thus possessing vast administrative and managerial experience. In view of his extraordinary performance and experiences, he has been nominated on the National Railway Users’ Consultative Council (NRUCC) by the Ministry of Railways, Government of India for a term of two years from 17-04-2017 to 16-04-2019.
