JAMMU, Nov 19: The ‘Attack’ chopper of Indian Air Force, which had to make an emergency landing in Kathua district following some technical problem, flew back today after a team of IAF engineers fixed the snag.
The MI-35 helicopter took off for Pathankot airbase of IAF in Punjab this afternoon, official sources said.
The helicopter, which was on its routine exercise, had to make an emergency landing at village Derli in Ramkote area of Kathua district yesterday due to technical snag in the chopper.
After this, a team of engineers was sent to the spot.
A Court of Inquiry (CoI) has also been ordered into the incident.
All four crew members on board the helicopter had survived
