BJP for settlement of Pandits in single township in Valley

JAMMU, May 7: BJP J&K Kashmir Displaced held its Working Committee meeting here at Muthi today which was convened by Chand Jee Bhat its president.
The meeting was attended by party workers. On the occasion Chand Ji Bhat threw light on the life and principles of Pt Deen Dayal Upadaya the former president of Bharatiya Jansangh.
He also appealed the workers to spread the message of cleanliness and yoga in length and breadth of the State. He also highlighted the various programmes being initiated by the district in coming days and stressed on involvement of different sections of the society to strengthen the organization.
BJP MLC Surinder Ambardar who was the special invitee in the meeting stressed on strengthening the organization and appealed the workers to do team work on booth level and Mandal level.
MLC Ajay Bharti in his address said the party men need to draw inspiration from former Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee as he always stressed on keeping spirits high despite obstacles and hurdles.
A resolution was adopted stressing on settlement of displaced pundits at a single township in Valley. It was moved by P L Dhar general secretary of displaced district and was seconded by Shardanandan Bhat its vice president.. T N Bhat former president of displaced district also spoke on the occasion while J L Pandita presented the vote of thanks and function was anchored by Kamal Warikoo.
