JAMMU, Sept 13: A cluster level Rashtriya Ekta Parv has been organised at Kendriya Vidyalaya Sunjuwan. Rashtriya Ekta Parv started with mono acts by budding artists from around nine schools of Jammu cluster. The acts were based on various themes like Gender disparity, women empowerment, Krishna – Sudama friendship, body shaming related stress, biography of artists of the soil, role of Indian army. Hidden talents of the students gave even the judges goosebumps as the competition was too engrossing.
Members of the jury showered the participants with all the praises and inspired them to follow their passion to live a fruitful life. Divya of Kendriya Vidyalaya Hira Nagar bagged first position in classical female- solo whereas Kendriya Vidyalaya Sunjuwan got 1st position in group song competition.
Kendriya Vidyalaya Kathua got top slot in on the spot painting competition. KV 1 Gandhi Nagar, Jammu and Kendriya Vidyalaya Samba got top slots in Artefact Display and Instrumental Music Melody. Principal of the Kendriya Vidyalaya, Sunjwan Ramesh Kumar motivated the students to participate in such events so that their hidden talents get explored.
