UDHAMPUR, Sept 12: Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh All Departments Clerical Staff Association (JKLADCSA) has decided to restart suspended Kam Chhoro Hartal in the shape of one day protest/dharna at all district/provincial head quarters across the State on September 15.
The association criticized the callous attitude of the State Government towards clerical cadre with regard to just and genuine demands which stand already agreed by the State Government vide various agreements carried out between association and the cabinet sub-committee of the State Government.
The State Government accepted and implemented recommendations in favour of Revenue and Home Departments ignoring the clerical cadre. State Government is hoodwinking the clerical cadre by giving false assurances and did not implement recommendations despite various agreements made by the Government time to time.
