JAMMU, Dec 22: A meeting of Jammu Kashmir & Ladakh All Departments Clerical Staff Association Jammu was held here today under the leadership of Ravi Singh Bhau its president, Anil Mehta chairman, Sukhbir Singh general secretary and Ravi Kumar senior vice president were also present.
Addressing the meeting Mr Bhau condemned the anti employees and anti workers policies of the State Government who after reaching a number of agreements and giving a number of assurances failed to concede the just and genuine demands of the clerical staff.
He also appealed the Chief Minister and Finance Minister, to intervene personally so that the anomalies disparities in the pay structure of the clerical cadre in 5th Pay Commission are removed by granting the pay scale of 4000-6000 to junior assistants, 4500 to 7000 to senior assistants, junior statistical assistants and steno typists and 5500-9000 to head assistants, statistical assistants and junior stenographers.
