JAMMU, Nov 20: Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Jammu, SC Katal has forwarded complaint under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420 RPC to the SHO Police Station Pacca Danga for investigation.
The complaint has been filed by Ashok Sehgal against Harpreet Singh alleging that the latter has forged the signature of the complainant in the rent agreement vis-à-vis shop at Moti Bazaar, Jammu causing financial loss to the complainant.
