JAMMU, May 31: Chief Justice Pankaj Mithal today nominated Vacation Judges to hear all matters of urgent nature during the summer vacations beginning from June 7.
As per the order, the Chief Justice has nominated Justice Sanjeev Kumar and Justice Vinod Chatterji Koul as Vacation Judges to hear all matters of urgent nature in Srinagar wing while Justice Sanjay Dhar and Justice Javid Iqbal Wani have been nominated for Jammu wing.
Justice Sanjeev Kumar and Justice Javid Iqbal Wani will hear cases from June 14 to 18 while Justice Vinod Chatterji Koul and Justice Sanjay Dhar shall hear the cases from June 21 to 24 respectively.
