JAMMU, Mar 19: Acting Chief Justice of J&K Justice Ramalingam Sudhakar today inaugurated Railway Reservation Counter in the Jammu Wing of the High Court.
Justice Alok Aradhe, Justice Tashi Rabstan, Justice Janak Raj Kotwal and Justice Sanjeev Kumar were also present on the occasion.
The Railway Reservation Counter is equipped with computers for the staff. On the occasion a token ticket was also generated online and presented to the Acting Chief Justice.
Sanjay Dhar, Registrar General and other officers of the Registry, staff of the High Court, and members of the Bar were also present on the occasion.
The lawyers and the staff of the High Court hailed the move of the Railways as the counter will facilitate the online booking of railway tickets and will cater to the needs of the lawyers, staff of the High Court and also the litigants.
