JAMMU, Feb 8: The Chief Justice of Jammu and Kashmir High Court has ordered listing of all cases pending as on December 2005 on top priority basis before the concerned benches regularly.
An order to this effect has been issued by the Registrar Judicial, High Court of Jammu and Kashmir, Jammu wing.
“As desired by the Chief Justice, it is notified that with effect from the week commencing from February 9, 2015, all cases pending as on ending December 2005 shall be given top priority to be listed before the concerned benches regularly,’’ the order said.
