JAMMU, July 30: A delegation led by Chander Parkash Gupta, Past Chairman CII J&K State Council and Managing Director J&K Heritage Resorts Private Limited called on Khurshid Ahmad Ganai, Advisor to Governor.
The delegation apprised him about the issues being faced by industrial members and requested him to take up the concern which primarily includes lack of proper public toilets at major tourist destinations of Gulmarg, Pahalgam and Sonamarg, absence of street lights between Tangmarg to Gulmarg, improper sanitation and cleanliness at major tourist destination.
In addition to the above, the delegation showed its concerns regarding the maintenance of roads at Patnitop, Sanasar and other major tourist destinations, maintenance of roads at Transport Nagar, Jammu, and maintenance of roads connecting industrial areas like Balwal.
Advisor Khurshid Ahmad Ganai gave a patient hearing to all the issues and assured speedy and timely action on the issues highlighted by CII members.
