JAMMU, July 1: Government today appointed an Inquiry Officer to conduct an enquiry into the allegations leveled against Feroz Ahmad Mir, then Assistant Executive Engineer, Lake Conservation Management Authority.
As per the order, Naseer Ahmad Kakroo, Chief Engineer UEED has been appointed as the Inquiry Officer and he shall submit his report within 15 days.
Ghulam Hassan Rather, Joint Commissioner (Planning), Srinagar Municipal Corporation shall assist the Inquiry Officer as Presenting Officer in the matter.
