Chibber quits BJP after serving party for over 4 decades

JAMMU, Nov 27: Arun Kumar Chibber former State secretary of BJP and veteran party activist who was associated with the party since its formation in 1980 and served the party with great dedication over the years today resigned from the basic membership of the party.
In his resignation letter Chibber assigned three reasons for quitting the party and blamed its leadership of neglecting the stalwart politicians who have spent their lives in making its cadre, promoting it among the masses and resolving the public issues during those times when BJP was not in power.
Moreover, he said party presently does not respect the democratic values and decisions taken by the party are hardly discussed in the meetings with cadre and no proper attention is being paid over the implementation of Central Government schemes with the result people feel totally dejected.
