JAMMU, Feb 25: High Court has assigned the charge of two courts in view of the retirement of two Judicial Officers.
As per the orders issued by Registrar General Sanjeev Gupta, in view of retirement of Madan Lal, Principal District and Sessions Judge Rajouri on February 28, 2022, the additional charge of the court of Principal District and Sessions Judge Rajouri has been assigned to the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge Rajouri till further orders.
Similarly, in view of the retirement of Masarat Shaheen, Principal Judge, Family Court Srinagar on February 28, 2022, the routine charge of the Family Court Srinagar has been given to Masarat Roohi, Additional District and Sessions Judge Srinagar till further orders.
