Charak urges Govt to open Degree College at Arnia

JAMMU, Aug 22: Member CWC-AICC and Incharge Punjab, Bihar and Chandigarh, Gulchain Singh Charak urged the State Government for opening up one Degree College at Arnia town both for boys and girls.
Charak urged the State Government to take timely steps to ensure the safety and security of the people and animals inhabiting in the border area.
He demanded installation of two separate transformer of 6.3 MVA, so as to ensure continuous supply to both the feeders of Kheri and Rehal thus benefiting the people of 42 villages.
Charak urged upon the concerned authorities to look into the grievances of the farmers and take suitable measures. He impressed upon the concerned authorities to take immediate steps to repair Rehal bridge and also take suitable measures to repair the different bridges and culverts damaged the during on going rainy season.
He further demanded that a special drive be undertaken by the Housing and Urban Development Department to repair and construct lanes and drains in both the town of Arnia and Bishnah, which are in dilapidated condition.
