JAMMU, Dec 27: Taking cognizance of reported non compliance of the Government order on winter vacations by some private schools, the Chief Education Officer Jammu Tarsem Lal has warned strict action against the erring institutions.
It has come to the notice that some private schools are functioning despite Government order for winter break in the summer zone from December 24 to 31. For non-compliance of the Government order, the erring schools will be penalized, which includes withdrawal of NOC, recommendation to the Chairman CBSE for de-recognition of such schools and imposition of penalty under rules, warns the notification, issued today by CEO Jammu.
