UDHAMPUR, Aug 24: Burglars struck a shop at Garhi on National Highway decamped with cash and Scooter here last night.
According to police, theft took place late last night at the shop of Chandan son of Kuldeep Singh of Garhi. The matter came to light in the morning when he found the lock of the shop broken and the article of her shop lying in disorder. His scooter bearing registration No PB02T-6960 and a cash amount of Rs 5,000 were missing from the shop.
On being informed, Rehambal police reached the spot and started investigation. In this connection, a case FIR No 134/2017 under Sections 457, 380 RPC was registered at Police Station Udhampur.
