JAMMU, May 27: Bishnah police registered sacrilegious act case.
As per police sources, some locals spotted body part (head) of a cattle in Bhatyari area and informed the police.
On getting information, police team rushed to the spot and shifted the body part of the cattle for postmortem.
A case under relevant sections has been registered at Bishnah Police Station and investigation started.
However, a large number of people gathered on the spot and demanded immediate arrest of the persons behind this act.
When contacted SHO Bishnah Inspector Deepak Pathania informed that a case under relevant sections has been registered and several suspects have been rounded up for questioning.
