KISHTWAR, Oct 14: Chief Agriculture Officer (CAO) has been arrested for molesting a female employee in his office, here today.
As per police sources, a class IV employee posted in CAO Office lodged a complaint before the court stating that CAO Sunil Kapahi, a resident of Jammu misbehaved with her and also molested her.
On the directions of the court, a case under FIR Number 184/16 under Section 323, 354, 506 and 504 RPC was registered at police station Kishtwar and accused CAO was arrested. Further investigation into the case is going on.
