Canara Bank signs MoU with 8 Boundaries Builders

JAMMU, Dec 20: Canara Bank has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with 8 Boundaries Builders for their project ‘Safa Valley’ for providing hassle free home loans to the customers. The housing project is being constructed at Bathindi Jammu. Under the MoU, the Bank desires to provide hassle free finance to public for purchasing of these flats in Safa Valley, residential apartments at Bathindi Jammu and the motto of 8 boundaries builders is to provide housing facilities with world class standards.
The Bank’s Divisional Manager , Vinod Kumar said ,” the purpose of the tie up is to provide finance for housing needs of our customers through such tie ups is a part of renewed emphasis. Further, the bank has recently made some changes in the interest rates with waiver of processing charges.
Amir Suharwardy ,general manager, 8 Boundaries Builders, in presence of Divisional Manager of Canara Bank, Vinod Kumar and Executive Director, 8 Boundaries Builders, Rajesh Rathore, has expressed that the current project is developed with modern residential facilities which claims to be one of its kind venture to revolutionize the concepts of fine living.
He further added that all the branches of the bank across India will provide hassle free finance for residential flats in Safa Valley under this tie up .
