JAMMU, Feb 15: Campus placement drive was held at Yogananda College of Engineering and Technology (YCET), Jammu.
YCET organized the drive for the world-renowned company “Iron Networks” for the final year BE students of CSE. The job profile offered by the company was Associate Software Engineers.
A total of 25 students were shortlisted in the event. At the end of the grueling selection process, which included aptitude tests, group discussions and personal interviews, 3 students, namely Mitali Bakshi, Smriti Ganjoo and Ridhima Sharma were selected. The students will undergo internship of six months with a stipend of Rs 10,000 per month and after the completion of the internship, they will get an annual package of Rs 3 lakhs.
The program was conducted by the Placement Cell of Yogananda College of Engineering and Technology, Jammu.
Bavneet Taneja Director HR of Iron Networks hailed the efforts put by the college in nurturing and exploring the young minds for a better tomorrow.
