The rejig that has been effected, it is hoped, will give a new orientation to the governance in the State. People expect that the new ministers will accelerate the pace of work in their ministries. There are many issues facing the public, and which need to be redressed at the earliest. A few burning problems that need the attention of the Government are : the new recruitment policy which has created resentment among the youth of the State. Then there is the problem of electricity shortage.
People are coming on the streets to voice their grievances. Then there is the grouse of employees who have been agitating for their demands for last some years.
The new cabinet members after assuming charge should chalk-out their programmes and prioritise things.
One expects that the new cabinet members live to the expectations of people of this trouble torn State.
