SRINAGAR: The State Cabinet approved setting up of four fast-track courts in the State, an official spokesperson said here on Monday night.
He said the state Cabinet, which met here today under the chairpersonship of Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti, approved setting up of four fast-track courts in J&K.
“These courts to be presided over by the District and Sessions Judge, will be established in Kashmir and Jammu regions with supporting staff of 10 posts per court,” he said. (AGENCIES)
