Victor Hugo says “He who opens a school, closes a prison” In this context I want to pose a question to the common masses and particularly educated people of valley: why they support to create the atmosphere by which the above said definition has become reciprocal and now the situation seems that, “He who closes a school opens a prism”.

Unemployment in the State
Sir,
At present the menace of unemployment is swallowing our society like a demon. The unemployed youth are wandering like hunters in the dark with no hope from anywhere the biggest reason being population explosion. The jobs like police constable, teacher, clerical were ones which were easily available to simply matric pass candidates but nowadays very hard to find for a graduate and masters holders. So it the time especially in our State to implement the 33-60 law. It is a humble request to the CM Mehbooba Mufti to take this decision. If PM can demonitize 500, 1000 currency notes our CM also hold such courage for well being of our young generation.
