Bunty vows to strive for upliftment of down-trodden

JAMMU, Dec 11: National Conference candidate for Gandhi Nagar constituency, Surinder Singh Bunty  today pledged to strive for the upliftment of poor and downtrodden sections of society.
Giving account of philanthropic approach of Sher-e-Kashmir Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah for uplifting the status of poor and destitute, he said that NC has the track record of providing succour to all the poor sections of society since its inception. “Be it Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah, Dr Farooq Abdullah or young and energetic Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, everyone has incorporated his best to uplift poor and destitute”, Bunty said while addressing a public meeting at Bathindi.
He said that it is only NC which has the potential to steer the State to new heights of development through the time tested acumen of its honest and dedicated leadership.  This time also NC has provided mandate to educated and honest candidates for ensuring inclusive progress of the three regions of the State, he added.
Vowing to work diligently for the people of Gandhi Nagar constituency, Surinder Singh sought mandate from the locals for uplifting destitute, ensuring development, empowering youth and creating edifice to provide skill based education.
