JAMMU, Dec 18: NC candidate from Gandhi Nagar constituency Surinder Singh Bunty has sought votes from Gandhi Nagar residents to transform their aspirations into a reality.
Addressing a press conference, Bunty added that NC has proven record of providing succor to downtrodden and destitute. He stated that efficient governance can only be achieved by persuasion, stimulus and involving masses in the process of garnering future policies and roadmap.
He stated that after thorough deliberations and thought provoking sessions with prominent citizens of Gandhi Nagar especially youth, he reiterated to make the youth self-reliant by generating ample job avenues, to create state of art edifice required for skill based education (including ITIs, Polytechnic and IT related institutions) which can groom unemployed youth towards employability transforming them into State’s asset rather the liability, to provide easy loans for setting up entrepreneurship for helping youth to become self-dependent besides generating employability, to enhance old age and widow pension for infusing confidence and dignity among this dejected lot, developing and promoting sports activities by motivating young blood to gird their loins and women empowerment by giving fillip to their education, healthcare besides special drive to counter crime against the fair sex community.
He asked the people to strengthen his hands to make easy the mission for creating Gandhi Nagar Constituency as per their aspirations.
