BHADERWAH, Apr 17: A woman was hospitalized after she suffered injuries from a bullet, which went off from Army jawan’s weapon in village Dhara here.
As per police sources, the jawans of 4 RR Headquarters were practicing at firing range Sarana, when a bullet hit a woman identified as Nirmala Devi, wife of Karan Singh of village Dhara.
The woman was rushed to SDH Bhaderwah, from where she was later referred to District Hospital Doda for advanced treatment.
Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
