BHADERWAH, Nov 27: A building comprising a house and three shops were gutted in fire in Bhalla area, this evening.
As per police sources, a building comprising a house and three shops were gutted in fire in Bhalla area under mysterious circumstances, this evening.
After getting information, police team led by SHO Bhaderwah Inspector Shailender Samyal and Incharge police post Bhalla SI Nazir Reshu rushed to the spot and started operation to douse the flames with the help of locals. Department of Fire and Emergency Services was also informed about the incident.
Two fire tenders from Bhaderwah and two from Doda along with fire fighters were pressed into service to douse the flames.
After hectic efforts, the fire was brought under control, but till then the building got completely gutted in fire.
No injury or casualty has been reported in the incident, while the exact loss could not be ascertained yet.
A case in this regard has been registered at Bhalla police post and investigation started to ascertain the reason behind the fire.
