BSP announces candidates for Parliamentary elections

JAMMU, Dec 25: Bahujan Samajwadi Party (BSP) today announced candidates for the forthcoming Parliamentary elections.
This was disclosed in a meeting, which was held under the chairmanship of Ravi Kumar Angral, former Corporator.
On the occasion, Dr Banarsi Dass, national president was the chief guest, whereas Prem Lata was the guest of honour.
Dr Liyaqat Ali Magray, State president, BSP will contest from Kathua-Udhampur-Doda constituency, whereas Jay Ram, vice president will be BSP candidate for Jammu-Poonch constituency.
While speaking, Dr Banarsi Dass urged the workers to remain united and work for the upliftment of down trodden people.
He also appealed the people not to fall in the hands of divisive forces, if they want peaces, prosperity, security and good future of their children.
The younger generation be given the knowledge of humanity, sincerity and honest so that rising corruption will come to an end, he added.
Among others present were Rajesh Dutt, general secretary, Irshad Ahmed Malik, secretary, Chairman, Labour Cell.
