JAMMU, July 21: State president Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) Tulsi Dass Langeh accompanied by Ajat Kumar Kashyap president BSP Youth Wing district Jammu Urban today visited the Jammu East Assembly segment and addressed the series of corner meetings.
They also held interaction with the prominent persons of the segment.
BSP leader, while addressing the meetings said Coalition Government of NC Congress headed by Omar Abdullah has failed to fulfill its promises made with the public in its over five years rule.
He said the issue of JKP refugees and West Pak refugees still pending. Election of the chairman Block Development Council and election of Local Bodies could not be held due to which the State Government could not get the Central assistance worth over Rs 600 crore. BSP leader pointed out without holding the elections of three tier system or Panchayati Raj and local bodies how the Panchayati Raj system could be strengthened.
He said BSP is holding a protest on July 24 in front of DC office.
