SRINAGAR, Mar 11: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has decided to hold the last Telephone Adalat of this fiscal year on 25th day of this month at its head office Exchange Road here to redress the grievances of its subscribers.
BSNL Public Relations Officer, Massod Bala, said in a statement that on the persistent demand from the subscribers whose telephone connections are disconnected due to one reason or the other and who have not availed the opportunity to be heard in the recently held public grievance camp held will get an opportunity to get heard in this ‘Adalat’.
“The esteemed subscribers of BSNL having any complaint regarding billing, delay in provisioning of new telephone connection or other telecom service matter etc., can send their grievances in writing to Assistant General Manager (PR), BSNL, Srinagar on or before March 15, 2014 or through email on masoodbala@yahoo.co.in,” Bala said.
He said no application will be entertained thereafter.
