JAMMU, Feb 21: Rana Ashok Kumar Singh, BSNL’s Chief General Manager, Jammu and Kashmir Circle, today reviewed the operation of various services of BSNL with his field teams of Jammu SSA to ensure proper working of all the services to the customer.
CGMT directed his teams to ensure proper working of BSNL’s Landline, Broadband and Fibre to the Home services as the customers shall be rushing to enroll for these services to have Data connectivity in view of no mobile data working on GSM Network due to present security considerations.
CGMT directed that all the Customer Service Centres of BSNL should be kept functional to meet the demands of the customer. All the field officers assured CGMT that they will ensure proper functioning of all the BSNL services. Customers desirous of taking BSNL’s Landline, Broadband or FTTH services can contact nearest BSNL’s Customer Service Centres to avail these services. Customers can avail of BSNL’s various broadband plans providing high speed internet services varying from 1.5GB per day to 20GB per day with price starting from Rs 299/- per month (GST Extra).
