BSF-Rangers hold another flag meet

JAMMU, May 7: The Border Security Force (BSF) and Pakistani Rangers today held a brief flag meeting along the International Border in Samba sector, which was third meeting in the past two days in Samba and Hiranagar sectors.
BSF and Rangers met this morning at around 10 am at forward Narayanpur Border Out Post (BOP) along IB in Samba sector.
Official sources said that officials of 200 BSF and 12 Wing Chenab Rangers attended the flag meeting, which was joined by six BSF officials and seven Rangers.
Sources said that sarkanda (bushes) cutting and other border issues were discussed in the meeting.
Yesterday also, two flag meetings were held between BSF and Rangers in Samba and Hiranagar sectors to discuss the issues of movement of tractor trollies along the IB and other aspects.
