JAMMU, Dec 23: A medical camp was organized by 173 Battalion of BSF at Primary School Bobiya in border area, under civic Action Programme.
A large of civilians of different age group, including women and children, from village Bobiya and adjoining area turned up in the medical camp and got medically examined by the BSF doctors. Free medicines were also distributed among the needy patients
Blood pressure, sugar and ECG test were done by the Medical Officers of BSF.
K Ganesh, Commandant 173 Bn of BSF Samba was chief guest on the occasion and he emphasized on the need of regular medical-up and awareness about fitness among the villagers.
The company commander BOP Bobiya also participated in the camp.
Sanjay Kumar (AC) assured the border population that more such camps will be organized in future also.
