JAMMU, Oct 18: Akhnoor police booked a doctor of Border Security Force (BSF), for allegedly trying to outrage the modesty of a woman, who happens to be the wife of a BSF jawan.
As per police sources, wife of a BSF constable Naresh Kumar, a resident of Sonipat, Haryana, posted with 33 battalion of BSF stationed at Akhnoor, lodged a complaint with police station Akhnoor that a doctor of same battalion namely Dr Amit Kumar allegedly misbehaved with him and also tried to outrage her modesty.
Acting on the complaint, a case under FIR Number 188/15 under Section 354 RPC (trying to outrage the modesty of a woman) has been registered against the doctor at police station Akhnoor and investigation into the case is going on.
