DODA, Feb 25: Border Roads Organisation (BRO) under the supervision of OC Govrav Tiwari from 118 RCC and the Civil Public Liaison Officers (CPLs) are keeping Doda roads accessible for tourists and the local population.
A handout stated that despite facing challenging weather conditions, these tireless workers remain on job day and night to ensure that vital routes remain open for tourists and locals.
Apart from road maintenance by clearing snow-laden roads during heavy snowfall periods, diligent work of BRO not only enhances tourist experience but also sustains region’s economic growth by facilitating the tourism industry.
Notably, tourist hotspots like Lal Draman, Guldanda, Jai Valley, Paddri Top among others remain accessible even during the snow season due to relentless efforts of BRO.
The exemplary work of BRO and CPLs in maintaining road infrastructure under challenging circumstances has been lauded by the public.
