UDHAMPUR, Dec 1: Appreciating the intervention of Governor, Satyapal Malik in J&K Bank recruitment scam, former MLA & NPP president Balwant Singh Mankotia lauded his decision of bringing J&K Bank under RTI.
In a handout issued today, Mankotia said that it was the need of hour to include J&K Bank under RTI to put full stop on back door entries. Mankotia lambasted the Kashmir based political parties PDP & NC for their agitation against the decision and also blamed them for recruitment of their workers in J&K Bank during their tenure through backdoor.
