JAMMU, Nov 13: Nagrota police foiled bovine smuggling bid by rescuing 16 cattle.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Nagrota Police Station laid a naka and intercepted a truck bearing registration number JK14A-7989.
During checking, police team rescued 16 bovine animals from the truck and seized it.
A case under FIR Number 422/19 has been registered at Nagrota Police Station and hunt has been launched to nab the smuggler(s).
