KATRA, Nov 16: Police arrested a bootlegger in the holy town and seized illicit liquor from his possession when he was smuggling the same.
Acting on specific inputs, a Police team laid a special naka at Katra Town and intercepted the accused, namely Tara Chand of Mullas, Mahore. 20 poly pouches, measuring 250/250 ml each of J&K Excise liquor, were recovered from his possession.
In this connection, a case has been registered at Police Station Katra.
