Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Dec 10: A meeting of all district presidents of Awami National Conference (ANC) was held under the supervision of its vice-president, Muzzafar Shah to discuss the arrangements for the fourth death anniversary of former Chief Minister of State and founder of ANS, GM Shah, to be observed on January 6, 2013. It was disclosed in the meeting that a book on the life and contribution of GM Shah will also be released on his death anniversary. Throwing light on the Book, Muzzafar Shah said it will serve as a visionary document for young politicians and also provide much needed guidance to Coalition Government for better governance and how to ensure the development of three regions equally without discriminating with any region. Prominent among others who attended the meeting were provincial president, Gian Singh, provincial vice-president, Thakur Randhir Singh, District president Poonch, Khadim Hussain, Haji Nazir Ahmad, Madan Lal, Sanju Bhagat, Vijay Mangotra etc.
