JAMMU, Sept 13: The book ‘Us Ne Jeena Seekh Liya’ written by Neeru Sharma was released here today during a function jointly organized by Sanskar Bharti and Rashtriya Kavi Sangam.
Late Prof Reeta Jitendra-a renowned scholar artist and an eminent personality was also remembered on this occasion.
Padam Shree Prof Ved Ghai, a social worker and writer presided over the function, while Prof Veena Gupta, a well known scholar and Prof Raj Kumar, a literary personality shared the presidium. Dr Sapna Devi, scholar, read out the paper on this book.
Neeru Sharma read out a story ‘Pahari Ladka’.
Speaking on the occasion, Prof Ghai hailed the work done by Neeru Sharma as a writer.
