JAMMU, Nov 28: In a glittering function of august gathering, the maiden Book of Advocate Chetan Prabhakar titled ‘Be A Monk’ was released.
The book was released by the chief guest Advocate Ankur Sharma, President, IkkJutt Jammu and the event was presided over by Anil Padha, Social Activist and Former Secretary, Indian Red Cross Society, J&K and Advocate Vishal Sharma and Prof (Dr) Ajay Kotwal, the guest of honour.
Speaking on occasion, Advocate Ankur Sharma said that the book is a key to deal with the difficult times and the book is a must read for spiritual elevation which can help people to live life blissfully.
Chetan Prabhakar said that the Book is a key to generate unwavering happiness even amidst the most challenging time of one’s life. The book provides a simple and easy method to conquer the mind. The book is an effort for initiating various wholesome seeds for the people to walk on the path of spirituality and reach a state of high consciousness and equanimity which ultimately, leads to true happiness and eternal bliss. The book is also an effort to help people boost confidence, raise morale and improve their lives from the impact of irreparable setbacks and mental turmoil caused by uncertain times and uncontrollable circumstances. The Book provides numerous meditation techniques and exercise use of which will help the readers to deal with stress, anxiety and depression.
Anil Padha said that the author of this book besides giving an attractive title has very well-articulated the meaning and purpose of bringing the mind to a state of being a Monk.
Earlier, Shivani Prabhakar, Founder, Sachetan—The Mind Gym presented the welcome address, while Advocate Ajaat Jamwal, President, Association for SEED conducted the programme and presented the vote of thanks.
