SRINAGAR, Feb 15: A book by Main Pal Sarswa titled ‘Akhian Bole Jannat’ was released by Dr. Ravi Dutt Kausish, former professor of Punjabi University, Patiala; B.S Chowdhury, former Acharya of DAV College, Abohar; Dr. I.S Godara, Principal Guru Nanak Khalsa College, Ganganagar and Dr. Rajinder Kumar Sen, Professor, Central University Bathinda.
The book is a Travelogue based on author’s journey to Kashmir.
Speaking on the occasion Sarswa said that the book ‘Akhian Bole Jannat’ describes the natural beauty of Kashmir along with life, culture and behaviour of the people there.
He said the book contains detailed information about various tourist attractions of Kashmir along with pictorial descriptions.
A handout stated that the book attempts to bring out a beautiful, clear and realistic picture of Kashmir and its people.
While reading the book, the reader feels like a fellow traveller of the author and also enjoys the real thrill of his journey.
Author of the book ‘Akhian Bole Jannat’ belongs to the city Abohar, Punjab. The book is available on Amazon and in Delhi book fair at Nayee Kitab (Advait Prakashan).
