Srinagar, Mar 12: The rescuers today recovered body of one of the two persons, who were swept away by an avalanche last week at Tangdhar in North Kashmir’s Kupwara district. The avalanche struck at Khoni Nallah near Sadna Top in the frontier district, sweeping along two persons while three others had a narrow escape. Police and Army had launched a rescue operation and today one of the bodies was recovered. The search for another is going on.
