JAMMU, Feb 15: Body of a missing man was recovered from river Chenab, a police official said today.
The deceased has been identified as Sandeep Singh (33), a resident of Bakore, tehsil Khour, district Jammu. He was missing since January 31, 2021.
After conducting autopsy, the body of the deceased was handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
Khour police has taken cognizance in this regard.
