JAMMU, Aug 25: The body of one of the two teen-aged brothers, who had drowned yesterday after being washed away by sudden rise of water in Tawi River at Hari Ki Pouri here, was recovered today.
According to a police spokesman, a body of a teen-aged boy was recovered this evening from the bank of Tawi River in Phlian Mandaal area. He said that the body of the deceased boy has been identified as Adarsh Kumar, son of Prabhu Nath, who along with his elder brother, Surya Partap, was washed away by Tawi water yesterday.
He said that the body has been shifted to mortuary of Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for post mortem.
