JAMMU, July 27: A meeting of executive committee of Brahman Maha Mandal (BMM) was held under the chairmanship of B L Handoo(president) of Brahman Maha Mandal, today.
In the meeting, unanimous decision to reconstruct the historic mandal building-cum-office at Ganpatyar, Srinagar was taken. It added that present building which is in dilapidated conditions shall be reconstructed as it is a heritage of Kashmiri Pandit community.
The members requested the Government authorities to vacate the building from encroachers. Dr R L Handoo (vice president), Ashok Kumar Braroo and Prof Ganjoo (general secretary) were present in the meeting.
