JAMMU, Nov 12: To promote traditional culture of J&K, Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan (BLSKS) presented 182nd Saturday Series musical play ‘Saf Safai Sab Ne Apnai’ on the theme ‘Swachhta Hi Seva’ in collaboration with Sangam Tru Art Production at Main Stop, Janipur, here.
The function was inaugurated by the chief guest, VK Magotra, former Regional Director, Directorate of Field Publicity, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Government of India.
JK Raina, Producer, Director Films, Dr Tara Singh Charak former, Deputy Director, Health Department of J&K Government, RP Amla former Field Publicity Assistant of Directorate of Field Publicity, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India were the guests of honour.
The play was written, produced and directed by ML Dogra, Chairman and Music assisted by Raju Bajgal, Music Instructor, BLSKS.
The chief guest lauded the efforts of the organizers in making such awareness programmes colorful and effective.
Earlier, welcoming the audience Dogra, Chairman, BLSKS highlighted the importance of the day & urged upon the people to come forward in making India- ‘A Proud Nation’.
He said that BLSKS has presented more than 180 Programes during 3 years on Swachh Bharat including table-aux, dance dramas, nukkad, songs and clean India campaign. Prominent among others present on the occasion were Usha Handoo, KK Joshi, Raju Bajgal, Hem Raj, Rajni Gupta, Deevam Jandiyal, Rakshit Sharma, Druv Pandit, Tilak Raj, M.C.Kotwal, Sant Das, Rahul Kumar,Vansh Raina, Surinder Verma, Aryan Verma, Bhoomika Chib, Ujwal, Rakshit Sharma, Darsh Kachroo, Ravi Kumar, Darshan Rajwal, Vanshika, Shivali, Parul Sharma and Vishali.
Programe Master Deepak Kumar presented vote of thanks.
