BLSKS stages Musical Play ‘Plastic Gi Chhodo’

JAMMU, Dec 21: Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan (BLSKS) here today staged Dogri Musical Play ‘Plastic Gi Chhodo’.
The play was written, produced and directed by M.L Dogra, former Assistant Director of Song and Drama Division.
The programme was inaugurated by V.K Magotra, former Regional Director of Directorate of Field Publicity as chief guest and Dr. Tara Singh Charak, Zulekha Farid, renowned Singer were the guest of honour while Rajni Gupta, Troupe leader BLSKS presided over the function.
Speaking on the occasion the chief guest said the first most important step towards beating plastic pollution is to avoid the usage of plastic products.
BLSKS artists made the gathering aware about the adverse effects of plastic pollution by staging cultural programmes like skits, dances, songs etc.
Artists who performed in the programme were M.C Kotwal, Raju Bajgal, Kuldeep Raj, Bindia Arora, Deevam Jandiyal, Azeen Ali, Ujwal Sharma, Bodh Raj, Sanjeev Sodhi, Kanchan, Sapna Devi, Sakshi Kumari, Chahat Chadha, Sawan Koul, Rishab, Zafar, Dhruv Pandit, Rakshit Sharma and others.
